Home & Households
Home tab

Every household starts here — create it, open it, and see what each section of the detail screen is for.

1
Welcome to Stocked
Stocked helps you track everyday household supplies — so you always know what you have and what you need. You start by creating your first household.
Tap "Add Household"
2
Your first household
Your household is ready. Tapping the card opens it up to explore what's inside.
Tap the household card
3
Members
See everyone in the household. Invite a partner or flatmate by email — they'll see every update in real time.
4
Products
This card summarizes everything tracked in the household, including how many categories your products are organized into.
5
Categories
Products can be grouped into categories like Fridge, Cleaning, or Pantry. There aren't any yet — you'll create some in the next step.
6
Actions
Rename the household, manage products, invite members, and more — all from here.

8
Add your first product
Tap Add Product, give it a name and a category. For example: "Milk" in the "Fridge" category.

9
Add a timed product
Add another product, this time with a supply duration — say "Coffee" in "Pantry" with a 2-week supply. Stocked automatically flips its status when the supply runs out.
Set a supply duration
10
Filtering by category
Tap a category tab to filter the product grid down to just that group. Long-press a category to rename or delete it.
11
Stock levels
Every product cycles through three levels: In Stock → Low → Out. One tap moves it to Low — a sign you'll need to buy more soon.
Tap once to mark Low
12
Supply duration in action
See the progress fill on the timed product? It counts down automatically and flips to Out on its own when supply runs out — or you can tap it twice to set it manually.
Tap twice to mark Out

Everything you marked Low or Out lands here automatically — no separate shopping list to maintain.
